Copy Photography
This service is required when photographs need to be duplicated but the original negative of the print is unavailable or does not exist.  If simple duplications are needed for file or reference, a Standard Copy Negative is created.  However, if an enlargement or a duplicate is required with maximum clarity, a Deluxe Copy Negative is created.


Projection Negatives
In order to eliminate the need for large light boxes inside the courtroom and to provide versatility upon presentation to the jury, APL can reproduce X-Rays, MRI's & CAT Scans into full-size or enlarged prints.  APL produces a projection negative which then is used to make projection prints.  These prints look identical to the originals and allow for easy enlargement or reduction to the desired size.  Upon request, mylar overlay(s) can be attached and a color marker set included for use at trial.  All enlargement prices include a foam core backing material for stability.

With the latest advances in technology, the capability exists to digitally capture a frame of video and transform the frame into a still image.  The resulting image can then be enlarged to a desired size for presentation.  This technique has become very popular in the field of surveillance.  APL offers various options on the transfer process to create the still image depending on the quality of the video and the function of the resulting image.  Please call to discuss your objectives with one of our qualified representatives.
